Partner Terms
Last updated: 19 April 2026
These Partner Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the PractiseExam.com Partner Program (the “Program”), operated by Talent Networking, a sole-proprietorship registered in Karnataka, India. By creating a Partner account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Program
Partners earn commission by referring students to PractiseExam.com mock exams. Partners receive a unique referral code and can invite students via link or personal email invite. Commission accrues when a referred student purchases a paid mock-exam pack within the attribution window defined below.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You must provide accurate contact and (for payout) KYC details.
- We may reject or suspend any account at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud, self-referral, or misrepresentation.
3. Commission
- Trigger: Commission is earned at the moment a referred student purchases a paid mock-exam pack through our platform.
- Amounts (default): ₹25 per single mock, ₹100 per 5-mock pack, ₹200 per 10-mock pack. These may be varied by us with reasonable notice for future purchases; existing earned commission is not affected.
- Attribution window: A student's purchases earn you commission for 3 months from the date they registered using your referral code or invite. After this window no further commission is earned on that student's purchases.
- Self-referral: You may not register yourself or use the Program to benefit your own account. Such registrations are automatically rejected.
4. Payouts
- Minimum balance: ₹500 available balance to request a payout.
- KYC required: First payout request requires PAN, bank account name, account number, and IFSC. Optional GSTIN for business partners.
- Method: Payouts are made by IMPS / NEFT to the bank account you provide.
- Turnaround: We aim to process approved payouts within 7 business days of the request.
- Tax: Commission is business income for you. Where applicable, we may deduct TDS (Section 194H, 10% of commission above the annual threshold). Form 16A is issued where TDS is deducted. You are responsible for your own income-tax filings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use misleading or deceptive claims about PractiseExam.com, our AI scoring, or any exam body we prepare students for.
- Spam, impersonate us, run paid ads on our brand keywords, or send invites to people who did not consent to hearing from you.
- Create fake or incentivised accounts, or pay students to register under your code.
- Register minors (under 13) or anyone on whose behalf you are not authorised to provide contact details.
- Represent yourself as an employee or official agent of Talent Networking. You are an independent referrer.
Violations result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any unpaid commission earned during the period of abuse.
6. Data & privacy
When you send a personal invite, the recipient's email address is stored by us solely to send the invite and attribute a resulting signup. Recipients retain all rights under our Privacy Policy — you may not retain copies of their data outside the platform. A recipient who registers becomes our customer; their personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, not these Partner Terms.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice (email to contact@practiseexam.com is sufficient). On termination, commission already earned and within the payout threshold will be paid on the usual cycle. We may terminate immediately without notice for breach of Section 5.
8. No employment; no partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You act on your own account as an independent marketer.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Program is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Program shall not exceed the commission actually earned and paid by us to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Karnataka, India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
