The published blueprint, not an approximation
The question count, the time limit and the weight of each domain are read from Microsoft’s own exam guide. If a domain is worth 30% of the real paper, it is worth 30% of the mock test.

What this mock test does not reproduce
What this mock contains. The real MS-900 exam may include interactive components: tasks carried out against the product rather than answered as multiple choice. This mock is multiple-choice and multiple-response only. It covers every functional group at its published weighting, but you will not practise the interactive interface. Microsoft publishes no question count, so the 50-item length is ours; the 700/1000 pass standard is Microsoft's.
