Our az 900 practice test is a timed, multiple-choice and multiple-response mock built from the published AZ-900 domain weights, not a leaked or copied exam. It gives you a score report broken down by domain so you know which area to review next. Use it after you have studied each domain at least once, not as your first introduction to the material.
An az 900 practice test is most useful once you already understand the material and want to check whether you can apply it under time pressure. Here is what our mock contains, how the report works, and how to fit it into a study plan.
What does our AZ-900 practice test cover?
Our mock covers all three AZ-900 domains: describe cloud concepts, describe Azure architecture and services, and describe Azure management and governance. Questions are distributed across the domains to reflect their published exam weighting, so the domain that carries the most weight on the real exam also carries the most weight in the mock. You can see the exact weighting and every underlying objective statement on the exam objectives page.
How is our mock built, and what is it not?
Microsoft does not publish AZ-900's exact question count, question types, or passing score, so our mock cannot claim to reproduce them. It is our own fixed-length, multiple-choice and multiple-response test, not a copy of real exam content and not a set of leaked questions. The real exam may include interactive components, meaning tasks performed against a live or simulated environment; our mock does not attempt to simulate that interface, since Microsoft does not publish enough detail about it to reproduce faithfully.
How does the score report work?
After you finish, you get a breakdown by domain, so you can see whether you are weaker in cloud concepts, in Azure architecture and services, or in management and governance, instead of just an overall pass or fail feeling. Each question includes an explanation, similar in style to the sample questions page, so a wrong answer becomes a specific concept to revisit rather than a mystery.
When should I take a practice test?
Taking a full mock before you have covered a domain at all mostly tests guessing, not knowledge, so work through the objectives and at least a handful of sample questions first. A reasonable pattern is to study a domain, check your understanding with sample questions, then use a full timed mock partway through your preparation to see how the domains interact, and again closer to your exam date to check retention.
How should I use the domain report?
Treat the weakest domain on your report as your next study block, not as a reason to retake the mock immediately. Go back to that domain's objective list, re-read the relevant Azure concepts, then return to a fresh set of questions rather than repeating the same mock and memorizing the pattern of answers.
How does a practice test fit a study plan?
If you are following a structured plan, our study plan page lays out a domain-weighted schedule with a practice test near the end, once every domain has had dedicated study time. Once you feel confident, check the cost and booking page for how to schedule your real exam through Pearson VUE.
What kind of questions will I see?
Expect scenario-based multiple-choice and multiple-response questions: a short situation describing a company or team, followed by options that each sound plausible on their own. The distractors are usually real Azure features, just not the right fit for the specific constraint in the scenario, which is why reading the explanation matters even when you pick the correct answer. This mirrors the style used on the sample questions page, so working through those first will make the timed mock feel familiar rather than unfamiliar.
What if I am not confident I meet the prerequisites?
AZ-900 has no formal prerequisites, though Microsoft recommends general familiarity with an area of IT. If you are unsure whether your background is a good starting point, the prerequisites page explains who the exam suits and who might want more groundwork first.
Exam facts on this page come from Microsoft’s own pages (official exam page). Prices, versions and policies change — confirm there before you book.
